Where to even start!! This company is shocking and diabolical. It should not even be called a garage as all it does is break and damage hour cars. It originally went to have a back window and spoiler repaired as it was sent there through our insurance. It came back with the drivers wing mirror broken, the electrics not working so the car could not be locked, scratches over the roof and all of the cars badges were now upside down. We had to argue with them to now fix this. When they returned the car it had the engine management lights on and now the car is unsafe to drive which they are refusing to fix as apparently they did not do this. Very unprofessional. If I could give it no stars I would have. They are refusing to take ownership of their mistakes And they have no respect for other people’s property.

its a shame your customers have no respect for other road users as your vehicle CA16 TLF was causing a obstruction to day 20/10/16 when the person returns the car to you i should check to make sure if they got a ticket or not as it was reported

Atrocious
0 out of 5 stars. Absolutely vile people. They took the car for over a week without the parts to fix it. It was only to fix a dent. I pulled up to my drive in the evening to find a man looking through the windows of my house. When I came out of the car he was demanding the courtesy car back to later apologise for his lack of communication with his team. I was referred to them by my insurance otherwise I would not have even used them. Avoid by all means.

My car was collected 26 day ago for body work repair it was literally the corner of the passenger door and bumper. I was told I would get the car back after 7-10 days however it had got to the 18th day and still no car! After complaining the car was returned with new scratches and scrapes. They took it back to fix the new issues, after a few times of them delivering with the same shuddy work i finally gave up, I just wanted my car back. Today is the first day driving the car, the steering is heavy, it feels sluggish, there is polish all over the windows so much so I had to pull over in the rain to try clean it off and the gear box casing is totally broken! Dreading having to deal with the very unhelpful bodyshop manager!

Do not use if you can help it
The one star can't be changed to none I'm afraid, because that's what this company deserves. I've been waiting nearly three weeks now for my car to be repaired after giving them about four weeks to get in any parts needed. I was told 7-10 days first, long in itself. Then I was told it would be ready yesterday. Then I was told they had just started to repair it.# It must be demoralising for the staff to work for such a company but I guess they're desperate to have any job at all. Unfortunately I was led to believe, by the Co-op insurance people, that I had to use them. I am now wondering, given the other reviews I've read, if I'll get my car back in one piece if I do get it back this summer. They are clearly out of their depths with regard to repairs and public relations, truth and integrity.
