Excellent Service
I recently had a crash in my car whith a young lady who reversed and didnt see me in a car park, i contacted my insurance company to see what bodyshop to take it to and got recommended to Sprayworks bodyshop in reading. The job that they did was fantasitc and kept me up to date with the progress of my car, they even washed and cleaned the inside and dashboard which i was very happy with. I would recommend this bodyshop to anyone as is a very friendly run business and excellent service. All I have to say is Thank-You Sprayworks for my car back to me quickly and such a good job. I think that the person who wrote bad comments most likely got a good job done on their car but they probably wanted something on the car done for nothing and it didnt swing their way!!

THIS WOMAN TALKS A LOAD OF OLD RUBBISH
What is this person on about, I and all my family have taken our cars to Sprayworks on a number of occasions and have only had superb service from them and find all of them polite and courteous. My answer to this comment is "DON'T TAKE ANY NOTICE OF THIS WOMAN"

This company are useless
After having an accident I was sent to this company through my insurance to have my 2 passanger side doors sprayed. I was originally told that the work would only take one week, with no phone call or correspondance after 12 days I rang them, I then found out it may take 14 days, I phoned on the 14th day to find out when they would deliver and was told they needed until after the weekend to polish the car. However the car came back dirty and my back passanger door would not open. I proceeded to ring them to ask them what they were going to do on this matter and after receiving some abuse and bullying from the manager they agreed to fix my car. It has now come back and the central locking does not work, they are now refusing to fix it saying its not their problem. My husband was asked wether he wanted a smack from the delivery driver as he asked him to stay whilst he checked the back door to see wether or not it would open. Needless to say we have logged this problem with consumer direct and we are going to persue this with trading standards. I would highly reccomend for people to NOT use this company and you would be better of looking somewhere else.
