This lady has blatantly refused to give a refund she didn’t give a receipt for our money and when we asked for the refund she said I am not touching my money in the bank and she was very nasty and stand offish she is breaking the law her establishment is not fit for purpose be very careful with your precious pet she is a nasty piece of work

DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS KENNELS
We put our young labrador to stay with Spring Farm 6 weeks ago just for 2 days, during that time they managed to damage his tail, they did not approach a vet nor did they call me to tell me about it. He has had 5 weeks of re dressing his tail and had contracted serious infections from the farm. Tomorrow he is to have half of his tail amputated due to the amount of pain and suffering he is going through. Please do not use them!! Unless you want expensive vet bills!!
