Dont Use
DONT USE SPRINGBOK took sons xbox 360 for replacement dvd drive, shop had drive for over 3 weeks after promising to call when ready (approx 2-3 days) during this time we phoned and left voicemail messages asking for updates, none of the calls were returned, gave up calling and went back to shop to find that xbox "couldnt be repaired!" unfortunately couldnt ask why it had taken so long to find he couldnt repair it or why he couldnt return calls as there was only a young girl in the shop who didnt know anything about it! My advice DONT USE SPRINGBOK!! would have rated them as very very poor but poor - fair is the lowest choice.

You won't be dissappointed!
I would like to write what experiences I've had so far with these guys. Yes they are on the second floor, so climbing the stairs, can be a chore. Also when they get busy - they get very busy. That however is a very good sign of a popular place. I have had numerous repairs undertaken by them, all prices are very reasonable. They keep you posted in all stages of the repair. They also give lengthy warranties which they fully backup if ever required. If I say that they could slightly improve on, is answering the phone. This however is because of my first comment above - they get very busy, so understand must be hard. Anyway give them ago, doubt you'll go anywhere in Lincoln else after going there!! Keep up the hard work..

Great value, warm and welcoming!
These guys I have now seen twice since about a year ago, and will not use anyone else. Good prices along with efficient turnarounds plus very handy central location makes them hard to beat! They do get very busy sometimes so bare this in mind!

Worst Ever?
These people took £45 from my credit card early in the new year for a printer they told me they had in stock. Countless telephone calls and emails have been ignored and I have had no choice but to report them to the O.F.T. Total fraud!
