Shocking and Illegal work
They are a hard sell all promises company and will not complete any work to an acceptable standard. I have had to take a ridiculous amount of time off work to fix issues we should not have with new windows and the standard of work is continually appalling. If you are unhappy with any aspect of their service report the company to trading standards and you local media. do not pay them as they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
