We are a team of professionals who are both vocationally competent, have a strong academic background and over 25 years management experience in the public, private and third sector. We aim to build long lasting and productive relationships with our clients so always start with an assessment of your current position using various diagnostic tools and exploring your ambitions and potential for future growth. Our consultants design and deliver a variety of training and development interventions, to meet your identified management and leadership training needs, from newly promoted first line managers through to the senior manager team. We also offer a range of training courses which are accredited by the Institute for Leadership and Management at levels 3 and 5. In addition we can tailor a bespoke course if this more accurately meets your needs. Our training is embedded in the workplace through coaching and mentoring support.
Strategy and business planning from top level through to personal development planning for staff – better understanding of role, greater understanding of business objectives and how this fits together and performance is measured appraisal process and effective performance management.
We have a flexible approach and proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget to client's satisfaction. (Examples of feedback and testimonials can be provided). Our interventions can be delivered from a range of training rooms and other venues including client's own premises.
