Stages School of Dance

Stages School of Dance has been running for over 20 years and has gone from strength to strength. The classes we teach are Ballet, Tap Modern Stage, Freestyle, Body Conditioning.

Stages School of Dance

We enter friendly dance competitions and organize trips out to dance events during the year. We have over 300 students that attend the school and there is always scope to take on lots more children.
We run classes from our 3 Studios at Tasker Hall, Howard Street, North Shields, please see timetable. We perform in the local Pantomime every year and hold our own fantastic School Show every two years at a local theatre.

I am the principal of the school but there are also five teachers/choreographers that work at the studios. We pride ourselves on the high standards we achieve by teaching syllabus technique work as well as show dances to improve performance skills. Exam sessions are held two times per year. Classes are relaxed, with the focus on enjoyment and achievement through hard work.

Stages School of Dance

Dance School for children and adults. Classes include Ballet, Tap, Jazz/Modern Stage, Disco, Hip Hop/Street, Zumba, Body Conditioning. We have regular exam sessions with NCDTA, produce a show every 2 years. We also enter competitions, provide dancers for cabaret, TV, shows etc. Perform in Local Panto every year.
