'Priority Care' is supported by A-One Lift Services Ltd - established over 25 years on The Fylde coast. The aim of 'Priority Care' is simple - to get an engineer to a mobility lift break down within 2 to 4 hours, day or night, 7 days a week. 'Priority Care' telephone research would indicate the responses of others' to an evening call-out to be within 24 hours or, if a response is required on a Friday evening, then the earliest an engineer may arrive is on the following Monday... A weekend without use of upstairs toilet/bathroom facilities or downstairs kitchen by a person dependent on a lift for mobility purposes is unacceptable. Hence, A-One Lift Services supports 'Priority Care' and includes the Priority Care service with all new installations as well as providing the peace-of-mind of such to all annual servicing/condition report customers.
