The aim of 'Priority Care' is simple - to get an engineer to a mobility lift break down within 2 to 4 hours, day or night, 7 days a week. 'Priority Care' telephone research would indicate the responses of others' to an evening call-out to be within 24 hours or, if a response is required on a Friday evening, then the earliest an engineer may arrive is on the following Monday... A weekend without use of upstairs toilet/bathroom facilities or downstairs kitchen by a person dependent on a lift for mobility purposes is unacceptable.
