Appalling Customer Service
I had Stamps in to repair my cooker element which had blown, they never turned up when they said they would, I had to chase them 2 days later after no contact. They eventually came and "repaired" my cooker. I then found that every time I switch the cooker on it blows the fuse, rang them, they said they would come and check their work, but, they will charge me £30.00 just for checking their own work. I will never use this company again and would advise anyone else to do the same.
