About Us
Stan2pass. First 3 lessons £40 for New Starters. Patient and friendly.I cover Nottingham and the surrounding towns for pick up and drop off. I cover Chalfont Drive and Colwick Test centres for tests. I have an excellent pass rate and offer a structured training programme with lessons for beginners, passplus, refresher courses, motorway training and intensive and semi intensive courses Learn to drive with me and quickly become a safe driver for life.
Specialist Services
Unlike some of the "1st LESSON FREE" and " 50 LESSONS FOR £4.50" style of schools if you're a complete beginner and you choose to start learning with me you will be driving in traffic on your first lesson.With some of the cheaper schools to keep their costs down you spend a substantial amount of the lesson sitting at the side of the road and first lesson can be only 30mins long. A Top Driving Instructor
A top driving instructor, his pass rate speaks for itself, everything you look for in an instructor; patient, understanding, a very nice guy and he puts 100% into each pupil. I would definitely recommend him.

Exceptional instructor
Even though Stan wasn't my first driving instructor I can't help but think I wish I'd known about him sooner. From the moment I started taking lessons with Stan I knew that he'd be the right driving instructor for me. His teaching style and patience went hand in hand and I looked forward to each lesson with him because I knew we'd get so much covered and that I would learn something new each time. Although I couldn't believe I passed first time I had every confidence that if anyone was going to get me to the best I could be it would be him. I'm so thankful for all the knowledge and understanding he taught me because it allows me to comfortably go at it alone now. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone as he was always very accommodating.

Amazing Driving Instructor! Very happy to pass 1st time.
Really patient and knowledgeable instructor who gave me the confidence and ability to pass my test 1st time. He really helped to identify my weaknesses, especially in the latter stages and to build upon these areas successfully and raise my self-esteem. Preparation for each lesson was thorough and I felt I had a clear plan and direction for every session that we undertook to achieve the end goal. Stan was recommended to me by my friend who passed first time as well. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to pass safely and with confidence to drive on the public roads to go with Stan.

The Best!
It has been a really positive experience learning to drive with Stan. He gave me lots of encouragement and always explained how to improve my driving technique whilst remaining calm and patient at all times. I felt really prepared for both my theory and practical test. Stan has a great sense of humour and can be relied upon to lift your spirits even when you are making lots of mistakes! I left learning to drive until almost 60 and so pleased I chose Stan to help me as I passed first time! Thanks! Kathryn East

Great Service
Learning to drive with Stan has been a really enjoyable experience. I've managed to gain all the relevant skills needed to pass my test in a calm and relaxed manner. I've had a few bad experiences with driving instructors wasting time and money in the past but Stan was a refreshing change as I was seeing my driving ability immediately increase (starting manoeuvres on the 3rd lesson) and felt completely comfortable with Stan and confident in his knowledge of driving. I was completely prepared for my test and passed 1st time! Thanks a lot Stan, if you want a great instructor who wont waste your time- then go for Stan2Pass.

Brilliant instructor!
Stan is a great driving instructor - he is very patient and friendly while making sure you know everything you need to to be able to drive well and pass your test. I was nervous when first learning but Stan made me feel comfortable, helping me to become a confident driver and I ended up passing first time - definitely highly recommend!

Real quality instructor
Stan is a great instructor: knowledgable, friendly, value for money and professional. I had already had 5 tests before switching to Stan and then passed first time with Stan! I can't recommend highly enough.

Superb
Stan is a top notch driving instructor. Extremely patient, and most definitely knows his stuff. He keeps track of progress, and always has a diagram to explain trickier roundabouts, junctions and manoeuvres. But above all else he really cares about his pupils and really wants them to pass: - as I did 1st time!

fantastic
Stan really knows how to put you at ease, he is very patient and helpful. He was always willing for me to practise the things I found most difficult. He gave me lots of confidence for when I took my test. The booklet he provides and the folder with diagrams allows you to see how you have developed after each lesson. Thanks to Stan, I passed first time!

A great driving instructor
Stan is such a lovely and patient driving instructor. You can have a laugh with him, and he was so helpful with the things i struggled with. I wasn't driving around the same estate for three months like most driving instructors, as soon as i was used to the controls he had me out on the road (all in my own time though). Overall my driving lessons were fun and stress free and i passed my test, so couldnt be happier. I have and would recommend STAN2PASS!!

fantastic driving instructor
i was the most nervous driver and never thought id be able to pass my test but stan put me at ease and was so patient and friendly, i ended up loving all my lessons and passing 1st time!! never thought id be able to do it. stan is so helpful and gives you diagrams and a booklet so you know how your getting on at the end of every lesson!! very highly recommended!! thankyou so much stan!

A Million thanks!
With Stan, you can relax and take your time. He is a patient and excellent driving instructor and is I would recomment him to anybody. I passed first time with Stan and now I have a FORD KA. Its odd but I can still imagine him in the car with me telling me where to go! Hail Stan!

Very patient and friendly
I am a very nervous person when it comes to driving, I tend to panic a lot, but with Stan he made it sure that I am so relaxed whilst having my lesson, he is also a person you can have a a laugh with and he is very concerned and focused to improve my confidence as well as my skills...very highly recommended, and now am very happy..cheers Stan.

Patient and efficient instructor
I tried to learn to drive with a different instructor 9 years ago but never felt comfortable and confident enough to drive so I stopped. I decided to give it another go and am so glad I chose Stan as my instructor. He is very patient, and encourages you, he really makes you feel comfortable. And most importantly, thanks to him, I passed first time after roughly 35 hours of practice only and I feel confident enough to drive by myself!

I have nothing but great words to say about Stan... He is an amazing driving instructor and a great man too. With being an experienced instructor in the Nottingham area, he knows all the test routes (which are no longer provided to instructors) and also knows all the tricks of the trade to get you onto the road asap. He got me passed first time after just 4months of training; passing with 0 faults (no majors, no minors). Stan always pushed me to improve throughout lessons and often made sure i was comfortable by querying if he was 'pushing me too hard' - which for an instructor to ask in such a business were instructors can teach u willy nilly illustrates to me how honest this guy is in teaching you effectively.
