One of the best landlords ..Mr Yan.. Always there to help and sort out any problem. The flat was spot on . nice decorated and brilliant to live in. If i ever need a flat again i will be speaking to starbecks.

Excellent service
A great tenant experience altogether. My landlord mr Yan responded almost immediatelly when things needed fixing or replacing. He was not just a proffesinal landlord but also a good friend, who was prepared to help with more trivial problems than those usually assigned to landlords. The house in general was very well furnished and in good condition.

Great Service
I was very satisfied with Starbeck Properties and I would recommend it to everybody. My Landlord was very friendly and even a good beer buddy :) I didn't have a single problem with the accommodation. -Martin

Perfect
I spent almost a year in one of this agency property and I honestly think I could not have had a better service anywhere else. Everything stated in the other reviews is true : the landlord is the best I've ever had too, very friendly and always here to help. Also very correct price for a nice house in a quiet setting. I would not miss out if I were you ;)

Property rented in Sandyford
From the time I first inspected the property to the time I moved out, the service the landlord provided was timely and of a high quality. I didn't have to pay any tenancy fees nor was there any of the bureaucracy associated with larger letting agencies. The property was of a high standard and the rent was good value

This is one of the best landlords i have ever known, the house was just perfect and the location too, and the if ever there was something that needed do it was do straight away. If ever i was back at Newcastle i will be call Starbeck Properties again.

Great landlord!
Found this great flat and was able to move in more or less straight away. The flat was furnished to a really high standard and felt like home straight away. The landloard was the best we have encountered and was happy to help with anything really and always at a moments notice. I would definately recommend renting of them.

Great service
The service I received from Starbeck Properties was always efficient and courteous. Whenever even something small went wrong, there was always someone to come out straight away and sort it out. I lived for roughly 1 1/2 years in the property, and never had any cause to complain. I would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking a professional yet friendly landlord.
