Would you like to become healthier and fitter?* Whatever your level is (from beginner to advanced), I can help you reach your goals (in your home, a park, a gym or private studio) and will tailor a specific fitness and nutrition programme for you, considering your wants, goals and needs, whilst supporting and encouraging you all the way!
I am a natural sport person (national level runner trained by some elite coaches -including one for a London '12 Olympics 200 m. finalist), with various sports practice since childhood, a genuine love for fitness, sport and people, a good sense of humor and, most of all, I really care for my clients. My aim is for them to always have enjoyable, memorable, varied and effective workouts.
What also differentiates me as a trainer is that I can offer, on top of traditional training, some unique and not well known training techniques and equipment which are considered as best by many reputable fitness professionals and users including abroad and celebrities (many of these techniques can be much more fun, creative and effective than the traditional way).

"I started training with Beatrice at the start of 2011. I had signed up for the Great North Run and having done virtually no exercise in 2010, I really needed someone to get me fit and prepare me for a 13 mile run. Beatrice was really professional and thorough at our first session. She ensured that she captured my goals and aspirations and also did a medical check to make sure we trained safely and that my progress was monitored. Beatrice started off by helping me improve my overall fitness. She created a bespoke programme that fitted in with my lifestyle and the number of times i could train a week. The programme really helped me focus on my goals. As the Great North Run date approached, Beatrice again tailored my programme to ensure my training was geared towards preparing for long distance running. I successfully completed the run in September and am certain that without Beatrice's help, knowledge and support i wouldn't have made it. I also took 20 minutes off my estimated run time. We train together once a week and Beatrice always puts a lot of time and effort into preparing a challenging, fun workout. We never do the same session week in week out so the training is varied which keeps it fresh and interesting. Beatrice keeps me motivated and ensures I have a really thorough and energetic workout. We train mostly outdoors and Beatrice is really smart at incorporating everyday objects such as benches, into our training sessions. This really helps to inspire me if i'm not able to get to the gym to use the equipment. Beatrice does regular health checks to ensure that my body's muscle, fat and water percentage, blood pressure and pulse as well as my BMI and weight are monitored and going in the right direction! I have lost weight, my BMI, pulse and blood pressure are more healthy and my body water content has gone up. She can also advise on nutrition and training aids such protein supplements. I feel far fitter than i have done in a long time which enables me to deal with pressured situations at work, sleep better and generally have a more positive outlook on life. I'm really pleased I found Beatrice as a trainer. Rather than just a job, I really think Beatrice sees her clients as individuals with their own unique set of requirements. She's so passionate and scientific about health and fitness and that shows in her dedication in helping you reach your goals."
