I offer a safe and calming environment in which clients can take that first step to make important changes in their lives. As well as using hypnotherapy for a range of issues including anxiety, quit smoking, phobias and weight control, I also offer stress management sessions, relaxation sessions and group relaxation parties. I can also offer corporate packages.
