Unreliable, Always Late and Rude Staff
They are the worst taxi firm within Trafford. Never on time, even if you book early. Not even a call from them to say they're running late. I've nearly missed flights because of this firm. Drivers don't know where to go to. I've had drivers ring me and ask me to walk down the road to meet them. Office staff really couldn't care less. This firm is unreliable and does not care about the customer. How they are still in business I don't know. It'd be better for everyone if they weren't.
