Based his survey on what the property owner advised him. Did not use his own discernment and upon closer inspection got multiple issues completely wrong. Is not qualified or specialised in period properties. Based his survey on new build. Completely unethical. Did not take the time to thoroughly check on conservation perimeters. Consequently got it wrong. Unethical in his manner and favours for friends outcomes. Arrogant and condescending for a so called professional who relied on the property owner for his conclusion of survey and got so much so wrong. Would not recommend
