Do not believe the Sales staff when they promise to offer items such as car mats, etc. for free as they will still charge you for those items. They do not keep their promises - can't be trusted to deliver what they promise. Do not, ever, let them know what you can afford to pay for the car as they will aim to take that amount from you rather than what the car may be worth. They claim to be transparent but do not give you all the details that you need and the scant details they do provide are not complete or accurate - they just can't be trusted to give you all the right information you need to make an informed decision to purchase a car.
Not To Be Messed With - 16/06/2014 | report this review
These guys are rather rude and arrogant. We were set to buy a used 3yr old Auris but they wouldn't budge on the above book price. Yet the rear tyres were about 3mm remaining, the drivers side floor mat had an ugly hole and the rear wheel arch had some minor dings. Would have been happy to take the car for a more reasonable price. They would have then had several years servicing business from us. Instead we walked out feeling insulted by a young manager who left his rooky salesman feeling embarrassed. Strange people.
