Ruined wedding dress
Stitchline have completely ruined my wedding dress. Where it was taken in at the bust it was not done very delicately at all and it is very very obvious that it's been taken in. I also needed some alterations on the length and they pinned it at the corners and in the middle, not all the way across and my dress has a quarter inch difference at one point than the remainder of the dress. The point where it is too short is a panel that sites on top of the main hemline, (quite difficult to explain but it would not be fixed by simply shortening the remainder to make it level, without the whole panel then being too short to sit level over the main hemline). The staff were very rude and refused to accept that one section was shorter than the rest of the panel, adament that it was the same across. She measured it and again insisted. It wasnt until I demanded that she redo the measurements (as I was wearing the dress) and show me the tape measure that I was proved correct, therre was indeed an exact quarter inch difference. I was told there was no charge and told not to come again. I'm utterly disgusted and the damage that staff at Stitchline have done to the way I now feel about my wedding dress is irreparable.

Awesome service
Went in to get a suit jacket taken in for £16, then asked if i wanted anything doing to the arms with shortening or making them narrower, all at no extra cost!!! Essentially it was a full refit for £16 AND it was really well finished. Everywhere else was about £50! Awesome service, will use again!
