TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL
The director of StoneHouse has now set up again as Director of The Stone Collection having applied for voluntary liquidation with significant debts earlier in the year. A year prior to going into liquidation we contracted him to lay a large floor - within two months it was lifting due to dreadful workmanship and very poor management and oversight. Despite evidence and much correspondence they refused to accept responsibility offering the most paltry compensation. Quite coincidentally as soon as the evidence became compelling and the court date beckoned they went into liquidation and left us with significant costs and a floor we cannot walk on! DO NOT trust them. I would be delighted to forward the report by a senior member of the Stone Federation of their workmanship to any viewer if they are still interested in using this very poor and unprofessional organisation. If you are still uncertain take a look at the reviews from their previous outfit Stonehouse Tiles! My advice try Mandarin Stone similar price better service.

My advice go to Mandarin Stone before their new company The Stone Collection - very professional and not run by a team who took their last company into liquidation less than a year ago!
