Unbelievably bad
Simple problem, the pump in my Vaillant boiler has packed up. It is now day 24 since an engineer first attended and still no further forward despite two other engineers and a wrong pump in between times. I don't actually think the engineers are too bad, it's the call centre and organisational admin that are woefully shameful. To put it politely they would not be able to source a small drinks party at Carlsberg Will update when the next milestone is reached

Avoid!
Do not use these. Cannot prioritise call outs. Engineers discourteous. Call centre staff give you incorrect information and are unsympathetic to an emergency. Especially call centre supervisor called Kelly.

Terrible Service
1. They don't come out when they say they will. 2. Their engineers don't know how to use a mobile phone. 3. They never call you back when they say they will. This is now my 14th day without heat or hot water!! I don't think they know the meaning of the word - EMERGENCY!!
