Stream Advertising On The Titanic Spirit Stream Advertising comment after hearing a special commemorative service in St Anne's Cathedral, on the anniversary of the sinking of the titanic. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE PRLog (Press Release) - Apr 23, 2012 - After hearing a special commemorative service in St Anne's Cathedral, on the anniversary of the sinking of the titanic, a source from Stream Advertising commented, “It's amazing how this tragic event still pulls the city together, to celebrate the past, as well as to remember the tragedy. But it's never an overwhelmingly negative experience. The people of Northern Ireland have learned to accept their failures and learn from them, as well as celebrating their successes." Dean of Belfast the Very Rev John Mann said Northern Ireland should harness the passion that built Titanic to create a better future for the Province. He was speaking at a special service in St Anne's Cathedral yesterday afternoon in what the church turned into a commemoration, celebration, remembrance and thanksgiving on the anniversary of the sinking of Titanic. Mr Mann expressed concern that less attention was being paid to those who died on Titanic to the engineering achievement that it was to build. “Within the human stories that have been much related in recent weeks the underlying fact of huge loss of life in a single accident is hard to miss, yet, as some newspaper columnists have pointed out, perhaps we have been more attentive to the glory of the liner than the scale of the tragedy," he said. “Anyone who comments on public events is aware that achieving a balance, when it comes to matters that have both positive and negative aspects, is very difficult, in fact they recognise that they are on a hiding to nothing, as people will always see things differently and promote their own perspective." Our source at Stream Advertising said, “Culturally, we are a people who have learned how to deal with tragedy, and grow stronger because of it. The Titanic is a symbol of that really, and I think that's why it's become such an integral part of our mythology." The Dean highlighted the development of the Titanic Quarter, a district of arts centres, apartments, exhibition spaces and entertainment outlets, and said it symbolised the sense of purpose in the descendants of those who built the Titanic. He said that in these difficult financial times, the passion that went into Titanic could act as inspiration. Great read... Stream Advertising On World Police And Fire Games Delegation Visits NI We at Stream Advertising are overjoyed by the news of World Police and Fire Games being held here, it will be a huge achievement for the country and for the economy. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE PRLog (Press Release) - Apr 27, 2012 - We at Stream Advertising are overjoyed by the news of World Police and Fire Games being held here, it will be a huge achievement for the country and for the economy. We hope that it attracts a lot of visitors to watch the games and that it brings in more tourism to boost our reputation. Northern Ireland is due to host the games - the third largest multi-sport event in the world - in August 2013. Ten thousand competitors are expected to take part in 65 sports at 35 locations across Northern Ireland. The delegation will visit each of the locations which have been selected as potential venues to host the games. The team consists of 16 directors from the WPFG federation, including its president, Mike Graham. A managing director at Stream Advertising had this to say “I expect the games to bring about a huge turn out and will attract a good crowd of people and tourists. I hope that this will be the first of many events to come to Northern Ireland, I for one cant wait to see the games next year for it will be a thrilling competition for all to watch so I urge all of you to go and watch it." They will later visit Stormont where they will be met by the patron of the games, Dame Mary Peters. The chairman of the 2013 games, DCC Judith Gillespie from the Police Service of Northern Ireland, will also attend, along with representatives from the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service and the Northern Ireland Prison Service. The games, which will be held from 1-10 August, are expected to attract up to 15,000 visitors. It is hoped the event will generate at least £15m for the Northern Ireland economy. The organisers said they would also require 3,500 local volunteers to help host the event. The director at Stream Advertising said “This is could opportunity for the locals to come along and volunteer to help make this event a success for without them it could bring about a disaster and we do not want that to happen. We at Stream Advertising hope that the event gets the crowd that it wants and that it gets the tourist and generates a lot of money for the economy."

Latest press releases... Stream Advertising Comment On Tycoon Palmer Building Replica Of Titanic In China Stream Advertising heard recently that Australian mining tycoon Clive Palmer has announced plans to build a replica of the Titanic which will make its maiden voyage from England to New York in 2016. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE PRLog (Press Release) - May 01, 2012 - Stream Advertising heard recently that Australian mining tycoon Clive Palmer has announced plans to build a replica of the Titanic which will make its maiden voyage from England to New York in 2016. Weeks after the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the original Titanic, Mr Palmer said he has signed a memorandum of understanding with state-owned Chinese company CSC Jinling Shipyard to build the Titanic II. In a statement he said, “It will be every bit as luxurious as the original Titanic, but ... will have state-of-the-art 21st-century technology and the latest navigation and safety systems." Our source at Stream Advertising, a Belfast-based sales and marketing company called it a “fantastic idea," adding, “It would be a really fantastic thing to walk on board an actual working replica of the Titanic, and make a voyage on it. It would be a dream for a lot of people." More than 1,500 people died in the sinking of the Titanic, which at the time was the world's largest and most luxurious ocean liner. The vessel, the largest luxury ship in its time, struck an iceberg on its maiden voyage from Southampton to New York. It went down on 15 April 1912, leaving more than 1,500 people dead. “Of course it will sink if you put a hole in it," Mr Palmer said in response to questions from reporters on whether the Titanic replica would sink. The new vessel is scheduled to sail from London to New York in late 2016, if all goes as planned. “It is going to be designed so it won't sink," he added. “But, of course, if you are superstitious like you are, you never know what could happen." Our source at Stream Advertising said, “It would be a little silly and superstitious to think that the ship would sink. The original Titanic was built 100 years ago and technology has come a long way since then. Cruise ships are very safe now, but even when they do have problems our emergency services are more than equipped to deal with them." The cost of the construction is not known, a spokesman for Mr Palmer told Australian media. The mining magnate from Queensland, who has strong business relations with China, has expanded into tourism. He owns a luxury resort on the Sunshine Coast and has plans to build a fleet of luxury liners.
