I had been a patient of this practice for two years and am pleased with the hygienist treatment. On the afternoon of 2nd Oct 2013 I had two appointments to see the dentist and the hygienist. I was unable to attend these and informed them first thing in the morning to rearrange. I was charged £286 for missed appointment. I believe this is disproportionate.
