First and Last Time User
I booked these for the first time for my birthday night out. Cab still had not turned up 15 mins after booked time. Called office and there seemed to be a problem finding my booking (confirmed just hours before) then i was told the driver had been and gone. I was totally gobsmacked. A house full of people and not one had seen or heard this taxi, nobody had knocked at door just left (if in fact he ever came in the first place). Woman said she would send out another 8 seater for us. My meal booking was 7pm time was now 5 past 7. I had to call guests waiting at restaurant for me The Host. When Taxi finally turned up we got into it totally discusted, it was manky. Stains all over seats and filthy floor and it smelled awful. We had to get in as we were now nearly 20 mins late. No sorry no nothing. This was the first and Last Time i will ever use this firm. Disgraceful
