Strive is a wellness startup that operates social group fitness for companies and communities in London. We help make living healthy lifestyles easier for busy people by providing functional group fitness training that is mentally and physically engaging and, most importantly, fun. Training methodologies are based in part on my experience as an intelligence officer for the US Navy SEALs and we provide our members exposure to the widest possible variety of training tools and programming to promote all-around fitness.
