Stuart Howitt, who has worked in the event industry since 1999, leads our team. He established Stuart Howitt Event Services in 2005 after observing that many clients were either unaware of the possibilities available to them in creating events and productions or were not sure how to achieve their vision. Since 2005, our commitment has been simple: to deliver the highest standards in the most cost effective manner, whilst maintaining a very personal touch. Our highly experienced and dedicated teams provide an unrivalled service, which is professional, calm and friendly, which means a pleasant working environment.

Our consultation service is renowned for helping amateur and professional companies and artists deliver outstanding events from school productions to open air music festivals. Full Production Services

We work as part of the client's creative team as well as individual artists as trusted advisers. We are involved from the earliest concept stages to advise on practical solutions that bring their artistic vision to their performance. This can be achieved by using either traditional techniques or pushing the technological boundaries so that the audience is often unaware how the effect was achieved.

Our scope of knowledge and scalability ensures we can work with the full production team from Director, artistic director, musical director and production manager. Recognising that the commercial considerations are equally important to our clients as the performance output. We advise and work closely with the producer and their teams to define a credible production budget based around full budget control that includes equipment, staff, transportation and venue management to maximise tech times.

As our consultancy is a discipline within our wider organisation, we are also able to provide equipment, infrastructure and staff for the projects we help plan.

Health & Safety

We work hard to create alternative solutions that enable our clients to achieve their production vision but which fall within health and safety guidelines. These guidelines can be extremely difficult to comprehend which is why we take the time to explain to all our clients what exactly these guidelines may impact on their production.
