Appalling service by very rude woman on phone
Contacted the salon as a matter of courtesy to say I might not be there in time, due to being stuck in Saturday Bristol traffic. Was subjected to a tirade of abuse on the phone and when I got there - on time, as it happens, I was basically told they didn't want my business as I had been rude to them. Don't go here. They need to learn a little bit of customer service in order to keep their customers happy and returning

Great cut and colour
Quite a new business run by a delightful young woman who clearly has an eye for colour and a talent for good cuts.
