Having had a poor experience in the past with another company we were quite apprehensive. However, Paul put us completely at ease and guided us painlessly through the whole process. With three young children, one being only 2 we were surprised at how well Paul directed us all and managed to get some fantastic results. He was calm throughout, knowledgeable and made the session really fun. We returned a week later to view the proofs, and chat with Paul on how they could be presented. There was no pressure to purchase, we could have walked away with just the complimentary 8×6 but instead we purchased a lovely triptych on metal. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone.
