Terrible Customer Service

When booking an appointment with the Style Lounge, I was slightly concerned about finding it as I was unsure where it was. I explained this point to the lady who booked me in and she assured me that if I was slightly late it would not be a problem. I was assured I would be called anyway to confirm the appointment if there were any concerns. I was impressed by the pricing for a Hairdressers so close to my area; so I booked the appointment. As initially thought I was unable to find it. As they had not called I had to google the number and give them a call for directions. At this point I was told I no longer had the appointment (I was 10 minutes late and on the road correct road). When asked if it was customary to call their customers and let them know; they informed me 'sometimes.' Therefore, I would suggest if the occasion calls for an unreliable, unfriendly service then I recommend the Syle lounge. Its well priced (but what's the point?)
