About
My name is Doug Lang. I have a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of drumming.Here at the SDC all styles of drumming are covered - Rock, Pop Jazz, Metal, Fusion, Reggae, Latin, sight reading, studio/live work and performance. I aim to structure every learning experience to suit the budding drummer.
Specialist Services
I am able to teach all levels but specialize in the beginner to intermediate. It is well understood that musical instrument tuition has a beneficial effect on the ability to learn mathematics and languages. It is also an absorbing skill for life or a rewarding career. In addition, since January 2001, musical instrument "Grade" exams have been given equivalent points to GCSE's and A-Levels when accumulating points for UCAS University application as well as preparing CV's for employment.

I was looking for a teacher in my home town and found this site. They were great to talk to and really helpful. I am going to start lessons next week and I am really exited.
