Been using Beauty cutz for some months now with no complaints at all the lady who does the beauty is lovely. Phoned this morning as I am still testing positive for covid to cancel a appointment for tomorrow I thought I was doing the responsible thing by cancelling and rebooking. To be told even though I gave 25hrs notice that I would be charged extra on my next appointment due to me cancelling. When I said I'll keep the appointment then I was told that they did not advise me to come in. So I would have no choice but to pay extra on my next appointment for basically being a responsible customer ITS THEIR POLICY! So because I was trying to protect them from catching covid from me I get penalised.
