Incredibly poor service
3 days before my wedding I was told my marquee had been ruined. I was forced to have a smaller one, for which I received no discount, and no apology. I ordered 200 chairs and 20 tables. I received 162 chairs and 19 tables. They tried to charge me extra because the garden was about 20m away from where the van could park, and only didn't charge extra because myself and 2 friends helped them set up. The manager was completely unapologetic throughout this experience, and would not consider giving us a discount. I was severely disappointed with Sunrise Marquees, and suggest if you do not want undue added stress around your wedding, avoid them at all costs. the marquee itself was perfectly acceptable, and the workmen setting up the marquee were friendly.
