Avoid at all costs
Where do I start? 1. Work was not carried out on time and completed about 3 months after the agreed completion date. 2. Customer service - the rudest conversation I have ever had to endure. Gary in the office, is the man to speak to if you want to be shouted at! 3. This happened on 4 occasions - appointments booked in to carry out work and no one showed up. Worse yet, there wasn't even a phone call to say that that was the case. 4. Extremely shoddy workmanship - windows not installed properly; not built to the right specifications; masonry/wood work around the windows damaged by the fitters and not repaired. 5. Have had to call them out on 5 occasions to fix problems with the windows and we only had them fitted 3 months ago. 6. Be warned a lot of the positive reviews on some of the sites seem to be fake. Also there isn't an option to leave a review on site like yell.com etc. Very underhand business and awful products. I'm complaining to trading standards, watchdog, fensa and my local council. I would urge you to do the same if you have had similar experiences with this company.

Well done supaglazing we are more than satisfied the fitters were pleasant and very good workmen we will be asking for them again when we have our future work done

Very Efficient
Supaglazing's fitters were very efficient arrived when they said they would, there were no problems at all what you would expect with a major home improvement, i was consulted about any changes that needed to be addressed i am very pleased with the work and will be definitely recommending supaglazing to all

No Hesitation in Recommending Supaglazing
I would like to say how pleased we are with the installation of our bow window I would like to congratulate the craftsman on their work and how clean and tidy they left the site overnight. This is the fifth installation for us including a conservatory and we would have no hesitation in recommending SupaGlazing to anyone

Impressed
Supaglazing recently organized the installation of a number of windows in our house. We would like to place on record how impressed we were with the whole process. We were especially pleased with the fitters Jed and Neil who arrived on time, were considerate, adaptable and worked quietly without fuss they cleaned up at the end of the day without being asked their attitude made the whole job stress free.

i was most impressed in the service from supaglazing start to finish from luke harfield the sales representative down to the fitters it amazed me when the fitters arrived they went straight into what they were doing no hanging around i found them so confident the house was very well cleaned after the fitting was finished and i just want to praise supaglazing i was recommended supaglazing from a prior customer and i will be doing the same

Service was Exceptional
i write to express my sincere appreciation of the professional and considerate service received regarding the recent fitting of my new windows and door this service was exceptional from the visit by peter mellela, telephone calls from shaun regarding the installation date through to the fitting itself which was quick and efficient all in all i think all should be congratulated on their efficiency helpfulness and professionalism in providing such a superb service which puts the myths regarding double glazing salesman and companies to shame thank you once again supaglazing
