aweful customer service
The Supercut team is an absolute disgrace in an industry that should put customer service first. Firstly, their lower prices have idiotic hidden costs, and secondly they don't value their customers. Their 24h hair washing policy is perhaps only to squeeze additional money out of customers - I had washed my hair 33 hours before my visit, and still they wouldn't cut it "as it's company policy". I asked where the difference was - some people's hair gets greasy easier than other people's hair. They couldn't answer that but repeately referred me to their company policy. I asked "well what if I told you I just washed it 12 hrs ago?" with the incompetent manager interrupting the conversation as she screamed because she hurt her finger on a tape role or something similar and thought that was funny. But fair enough, I asked until what time they were opened (5.30pm incompetent staff Becky told me) and came back 50min before closing time with towel dried hair for them to cut me. They wouldn't cut my hair because they weren't taking on clients anymore. I said I just came back because you wouldn't cut my hair when I came before, and there's still 50min before closure, so you should have time for a 15min haircut. "sorry it's too late, we will be having a meeting." ok, I asked why didn't you tell me earlier when I asked until what time you'll be open today? "she just decided that!" really! by the way, Becky was washing the manager's hair while she spoke to me, so I said "so you have time to wash her hair, but you don't have 15min to cut mine and earn money?" Becky replied "she just decided it, we can't take customers anymore." Obviously, there was no way to get my hair cut there anymore (as if I still wanted that). What upset me most is that the manager sitting there with her washed hair, looking into my direction, didn't step in at all! probably never did any management training at all!!! absolutely ridiculous experience that I think no one should have, and they'll def won't see mee again, I'd suggest you don't go there either. If the staff is that incompetent only talking and behaving, I doubt their cutting skills are any better. Supersucks!

excellent service and friendly team
redhill supercuts provide excellent hair cuts and prices are very affordable. very professional and friendly staff. always cheerful and entertains the customers. i love to be at supercuts.
