Providing support & guidance to parents representing themselves in Family Court
Support 4 Family Law provides cost effective assistance through the Family Court process for people who have chosen to represent themselves as a Litigant in Person.
You can use us as much or as little as you wish. You always retain control of your case. We will work with a parent,
or grandparent to help children re-establish and maintain a relationship with parents and wider family members.
Support with completing the forms to make an application to Court or respond to an application
Assistance with preparing for Court hearings
Attending Court with you, as a McKenzie Friend, to provide support and guidance
Support provided with Financial Disclosure for Form E or Family Mediation
