heartless horrible company.

they fitted new radiators in my home.. a few hours later, they stopped working. called them and told them, that was on thursday morning. its now staurday 4,35p.m and still lm waiting for thare out of hours team, not even a call to say sorry or a e.t.a. just telling me they will get to me when they can. well 3 days waiting they must be comeing a long way. or rideing donkeys. l have explained to them l am ill and post op. they just dont care. no hot water no heating for 3 days now. and wasteing your time trying to call them as they dont even have a out of hours number. they should not be allowed to operate. not to mention the womans attiude on the phone on thursday when l told her l would put a complaint in about her. she said ok then go on. a comapany like this makes a show of liverpool. dont use them. the worst company lhave ever come across in my life. it takes a certain kind of person to leave a grandmother in these inhuman conditions for 3 days and nights. with temps below zero. l would not do that to a rat..
