I rent a house in january 2014 From january i waiting for this man to repair important question in the house. Doors broken , windows , ceiling, garage, gas cooker , central heating etc. It is a shameless. When I rent the house, in the advertising in gumtree , don't explain nothing of fees. But I paid £717.60 without having any credit check. I asked the itemized bill of fees 10 times. but he says with a receipt is sufficient. so not declare and pay tax. not renting a house here. will have to solve the problems of the house yourself.
