The best bridal service in Edinburgh
I have just purchased my bridal gown thanks to Susan Gregory. The staff there were so patient and very helpful. I have visited every single bridal shop in Edinburgh, some where I received some shockingly bad customer service, this was not the case at SG. The shop does not look much from the outside and it doesn't have the glitzy aspects of some more upmarket ones in the city but trust it is worth your while to visit. The lady helping into the dresses actually found my dress after trying 25-30 dresses, she picked it from the rail to match my body shape and wallet. I went during the sales and managed to snap up a very expensive full satin dress for less than £400. Really happy!

I really must say that | cannnot agree with this misleadind review. I had found it very difficult to find a Bridal shop, that I felt comfortable in, until I visited Susan Gregory, in Edinburgh. The staff were so lovely and extremely helpful, and gave me the confidence, to make the whole experience a wonderful start for my Wedding preparations. The choice of Gowns was vast, and the price was very pleasing also. I got advice on colour co-ordination with the Bridesmaids dress's, kilts, flowers everything. Also the dress I ordered was altered to my satisfaction, and I even had extra detail put on at my request. So to all new Brides I have no hesitation in recommending Susan Gregory to you, and I know that you will be as satisfied, and happy as I am. A very Happy Bride to be.

I would not recommend going to the above shop. To be honest, i would rather go to a charity shop. The service from the owner was awful, her attitude was dismissive, patronising and our requests for some dress alterations were totally ignored. Was not a good shopping experience by either the bride or bridesmaids. Avoid at all costs.
