A neat job
The team was neat and quick. The tile work was precise. Plumbing, electrical and glass fixtures look great and function perfectly. Work areas were kept neat and adjacent rooms well protected throughout construction. And the cost was very reasonable.

Basement drains replaced
After this last heavy rain my basement was totally flooded I called this company. They came and unplugged the drain, they found out my pipe in the basement was clogged by roots so I decided to fix it permanently. My floor was broken up and the drains replaced, now my basement looks much better and cleaner then before. Best company to deal with!

installation of sinks, faucets, toilet, general troubleshooting
Not only did they install and repair what I asked them to do, they gave me lots of recommendations on preventative maintenance, and suggested alternatives for repairing old fixtures that are giving us problems. They are very flexible thinkers, and offers really practical solutions. They even helped me apply for a rebate for my new toilet, even though I had already bought it!

Replace washing machine hoses and shut off valves
We woke up at 3 in the morning to a flooded basement due to a break in the washing machine hose. The shut off valve didn't work either so we couldn't stop the water. We called lots of plumbers but this company was the first to call back and provided great service. A very nice guys and came across as very honest and trustworthy. Will use them again!

bathroom sink install
They responded quickly to my appeal for install of pedestal sink. They provided estimate by phone and ultimately held to that figure. Technician took great care in his preparation on newly tiled surface. The install went perfectly. Finished to a polished lustre. They take great pride in their work. I recommend them highly for all your plumbing needs.

Really great service!
Alex is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what is the problem, all the options, and then expertly continue to clean the drain. He came after hours, and there was no extra Emergency fee. Another thing that I liked was that Elizabeth (who answered the phone) was friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service! I hopefully will not need a plumber soon again, but if I do I will immediately call Alex .Thanks again

tremendously helpful
The Sutton Builders staff has been tremendously helpful in fixing my home's drain problems. They easily explained what was happening as to why we were experiencing so many back-ups in our washrooms. They were able to fix the problem right away. We are very satisfied.

professional finish, very thorough craftsman ship job well done ! very trustworthy, honest .......recommend John anytime!! It was completed when promised and with a smile. Expert advise and saved a few dollars too ofcourse !! love the the pot lights especially during evening when need to get romantic.....thanks to the hard working crew! .....I will definately call Sutton Builders handyman ! Enjoying the deck!!

exceeded our expectations
We were renovating our offices, and needed someone to do the job quickly, efficiently, professionally, and RIGHT, and we lucked out with Alexander. He exceeded our expectations, and his personable nature made the work that much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend him for renovations of any kind, because he takes pride in his work, and it shows.

We used Sutton Builders to correct discrepancies found during a home inspection when moving into a new home. We received excellent service. No job is too small! Particularly like the way they will go to the hardware store and buy all the materials needed too. The company makes all those annoying DIY projects painless!
