Swallows Property Letting Agency was established in 1982. Rapid expansion, mainly through personal recommendations, has resulted in Swallows becoming known as specialists in the letting and management of residential properties within 25 miles radius of our office in Bath & Frome.

We provide a personal comprehensive letting service and/or full management, for property owners and investors. Many are living and working abroad and they entrust us with the total management of their property during their absence.

Swallows have experienced and professional staff who have been responsible over the last 33 years for the successful letting of over 4000 properties. We currently manage over 450 properties ranging from town and country cottage, houses and flats to or substantial city apartments and well-appointed houses.

We pride ourselves on making every effort to ensure the sourcing of good calibre tenants who care for the property they are renting and honour their rental commitments.
