We're a national alcohol and drug charity that helps people change and be happy. We believe in a society free from problem alcohol and drug use. We want to inspire people to think again so that, within a generation, we achieve a society free from problem alcohol and drug use.

In Birmingham, we provide a free drugs service to help you decide what you need to do to change your drug use. We'll support you to access: medication, general health advice, complementary therapies, advice and support on housing, other agencies who could help you. We also offer a free support service that gives you practical support to overcome your problems related to your drug use. We can offer you help to: keep your house safe and in good repair,budget your money and pay bills, sort out debts, attend appointments, get into paid work, training or voluntary work, develop and find leisure interests, apply for and get the right benefits, sort out any appeals and tribunals.
