Sold our house and provided excellent customer service. Both my wife and I felt obligated to mention on the internet how brilliant this agent actually is. Back in March my wife spotted a Bungalow that was for sale with Sweet Property Services, we arranged the appointment for Saturday afternoon and a lovely gentleman turned up on time and showed us around, he was patient, helpful and very professional (we subsequently found out he was the owner). On the Monday we made an appointment and invited Sweet to value our own house, they arrived on time and were extremely professional and organised. We agreed a price and within a few days viewings started. At various points we were introduced to the rest of the staff and again all of them were knowledgeable of our situation and helped us step by step. After a few weeks we had two offers and accepted one that was just short of Sweet's valuation. At each stage the staff kept us fully informed and we moved to our new home a few days ago. Our dealings with all at Sweet Property Services were a pleasure and that's why we both felt it necessary to write our findings on the internet. Sue the Manager was very good and so too was all the other staff. We would recommend this estate agent in Rochester to anyone thinking of moving house.

Professional
I must say that I found Sweet to be really really good. They helped us a lot, they were really professional and had time for us. All the people in the office especially Richard, Sue, Claire and Kim were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Richard gave us some great advice and was there holding our hand it seemed through the complete transaction, Richard could not do enough for us and was an absolute star! Thank you to all the people at Sweet Property Services we will not hesitate in recommending you to all our new friends in Rochester!

Nothing too much for this Company, very professional, my experience was a pleasure, refreshingly honest advice. I use Sweet to let my two flats after a bad experience with a bigger agent in Rochester, they found two very good tenants for me and Sweet have looked after things ever since! That was two years ago and still Sweet are doing a perfect job of managing everything for me. Thank you to all at Sweet. I could never imagine using another Agent.

AWFUL
Unreliable, untrustworthy, dishonest, belligerent and crude, I hope go bust again - which I think will be for the third time - they just change directors - so unlucky if they owe you money.

Just a quickie to say Thank you to Mr Sweet and the team at Sweet Property Services, they sold our house and we moved! when others could not! but.... we should have gone to Sweets First! and we are so pleased with the service and value for money (but i would have paid more)! I really feel obliged to write this note sweet's were were Excellent and deserve it in these tough times! Well done!

Hi I have had the experience of dealing with this company and Mr sweet of Sweet Property Services, I only felt obliged to add my thoughts to this site when i read the below reviews which to be honest I felt were really un fair. Me and my brothers experience with this company was Fantastic! First Class, Mr Sweet and his team sold our home in just over a month and we had 2 offers and achieved the full price the service was impeciable and I would definately without question recommend Sweet Property Services to friends again well done! Clowns
As a Landlord I found this lot a joke. They lied about repairs and took the deposit from my tennant and tried to blame me. They then split into two firms, the off shoot being Squires. These morons are dreadful. They take lieing to a new level, they owe me a few months rent that the tennant has paid on time. If I was a tennant or landlord, I'd stay WELL AWAY. They don't repair, don't provide paper work, they don't relay money to the landlord. I'm not the only one out there they are doing this to.

Not So Sweet
I was looking for a property in rochester and I went to Sweet because i like a house they had in their window. Once in the shop, i was told this property hadn't been available for weeks. I thought that this was illegal? Upon hearing this, i agreed to view another property, but nobody turned up - what a waste of a day. Upon calling them regarding the missed appointment, i was told that the man, whose name i won't mention, was unavailable, and i was not offered an apology. I took my business elsewhere.
