Very Poor
Have used this garage for MOT/Servicing for about 3 years. The standard has been getting steadily poorer and more and more expensive (presumably to bank-roll the new gym they have built next door). Things finally came to a head when I left the garage with a shiny new MOT certificate, but arrived home to discover a major fault had not been fixed (which would normally lead to a failed MOT). Having been charged about £150 for diagnosing another minor fault, it's still not fixed, even after returning twice! I'll be doing the job myself, and NEVER using this garage again.
