My individually-designed smoker uses wooden charcoal to ensure the meat served has a sumptuous, hearty flavour unlike anything you have tasted. I also have a number of standard gas cookers and machines for hire for those who wish to cook for themselves. All are fully insured, licensed and registered with Gas Safe.
