Peter had been working for a large outsourcing company (UK based) since 1998 and progressed through various levels from Desktop Support Analyst through to Technical Architects team leader with a total duration of 7 years.

Collaboration and Business Improvement are the driving force behind the company's ethos and we are dedicated to providing a quality service to our Business and Residential customers.

Peter is qualified in the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation Certificate.
