Trevor Anthony Cole started a small extension on our property 10/9/16 with an expected finish date 30/10/16. This finish date then became 30/11/16 and then by Christmas. This was an extension for a kitchen which has been sat in my garage since 30/10/16. Trevor has given every excuse why he hasn't been on site to finish the work that we have paid him for. On 12\12\16 Trevor took his tools of site and has left us with an unsecure house that's freezing cold with rain water pouring in the roof that he started. He does not return calls or texts and when I found out his home address and visited him he laughed and was rude. The building inspector and an independent builder have several concerns about the work that he has done. We are in the process of taking Trevor to court.
