Bad Data Terrible Service
We used TDP after a long struggle to find a reputable data company. We were assured of the quality of the data and service by their consultants. What a disappointment! Half the records were incomplete or wrong.............contacts had left the business years ago....very unhappy and poor customer service when complained. We were ignored, very unprofessional!

Horrendous
Terrible company. Really bad data sold, we had people on our data list who had left the company 4 years ago!! Wrong contact information, dead phone lines, you name it! When we first enquired about data, Lucy Ellison would non-stop call us. As soon as we bought it she did not hold a relationship at all. Very rude and pushy. Also we had a problem with the data that they couldn't be bothered to address, ignored our various emails and then finally turned around and said they wouldn't give us a refund. Done fighting this battle, will never use them again and recommend to stay clear of this company.
