Good service until I came to cancel the policy and ask for proof of no claims. I had to chase them up for confirmation that the policy had been cancelled. They stated they had not received my proof of no claims when I originally opened the policy. They then informed me that as I had been with them for two years they would only give me two years no claims. I did send in the required documents and the original policy they sent me had 12 years no claims discount written on it. Fortunately I kept copies of the policy (they ask you to return it with the letter to cancel your policy) so can still prove my no claims.
