Booked appointment. Was quick to take deposit. Chased for confirmation paperwork over a two month period at least 5 times. Also promised details of flowers, pillars etc to be emailed although never arrived. Asked for terms and conditions just questioned why. Had to ask several times and for receipt, when eventually arrived Total figure had been increased by £93.50. When questyioned was told this was a rounded up figure. Original bill £1900, how is this rounded up. No explanation for this when asked. Terms say they can increase fees at any time and without notice. Wasn't told this from the start. Had to ask for refund of deposit several times, promised I would get it, but received excuses. Lots of excuses and apologies but nothing actually materialises. Do not use!!
