Does anyone know how to contact Amy?
My dress was in for cleaning and was never returned. Does anyone know how to get hold of Amy. She was such a lovely girl and I'm sorry her shop has closed. I'm just wondering if she still has my dress. I've been trying to reach her for ages.

This shop as now closed I feel so sorry for Amy she as lost everything so think on before writing stupid reviews this girl as lost the will to live

Was I mis-sold a sample dress??
The service was excellent when I first visited The Little White Dress in Nottingham, and after worrying about my dress they had my perfect gown in store. All was fine with the order, and I was instructed to come to the store two weeks before the wedding to try on the dress. When the dress was brought from the back, it almost looked a little dis-coloured and was very flat but I was assured it's because the dress had been kept in the box. Day of the wedding I was putting the dress on and noticed some rips in the tulle. I didn't let this phase me as it was the big day. After a month or so I had a call from the original designer of the dress, which I was surprised about saying, we have your original dress here and we've been calling TLWD constantly for payment which was never received... As a result they never sent out my order. The designer asked if I'd gone with a different dress. I explained no and the dress the designer still had was the one I'd ordered. The designer then proceeded to tell me Its likely I was sold the sample dress in the store!! Come to think of it the sample dress I tried on wasn't seen in the shop after I purchased it and I never got the box with the dress either. This may also explain the mis colouring and rips in the tulle??
