Exactly what our care looks like is individual to each resident. Before you or a loved one choose to make Ty Llandaff your home, we will have a full consultation with you on a confidential basis, to discuss your needs and requirements. This isn't just about care needs: it's about learning about individual likes and dislikes too. These conversations will allow us to build a personal care plan, which will then be shared with key staff.

If those care requirements change at any point, the care plan will change too.

We will do all that we can to make you or your loved one feel comfortable settling in, and to feel safe and at home here. We understand that the settling in process can take time, and we actively encourage family input throughout.
