heed the warning

I used E S Jones when they still held Subaru. Not only are they con artists, the worksmanship is vandalism. One engine job was supposedly piston knock. They kept the car for 2 weeks and as it was done under warranty, it didnt cost me anything. But oddly when I got the car back, I saw no resealed gasket area where they said new pistons were inserted. And to confirm my suspicions, the original knock was still present. It turned out it was a loose fitting on the exhaust! My belief now is they left the car sitting for 2 weeks doing nothing. They fixed a smashed front bumper. But years later, I realised they only changed the plastic bumper. Leaving the metal beam at the front broken and virtually rusted to dust.. I cannot highly UNrecommend this garage and its staff and owner. Please heed my warning. At your peril!
